Set within 26 acres of beautifully landscaped Nottinghamshire countryside, Eastwood Hall is one of the region’s most versatile and picturesque wedding venues. With its charming Georgian architecture, expansive event spaces, and warm, professional team, Eastwood Hall delivers the perfect setting for a wedding day to remember—from elegant ceremonies to energetic evening celebrations. But what truly elevates Eastwood Hall isn’t just the setting—it’s the seamless experience it offers for couples, guests, and suppliers alike.
A Venue with Everything You Need
Eastwood Hall can accommodate weddings of up to 250 guests for dining and 270 for evening receptions, making it ideal for large, joyful celebrations. The venue boasts 150 on-site bedrooms, a licensed ceremony space, and a dedicated in-house wedding team who are on-hand every step of the way. From your first consultation to your final dance, Eastwood Hall ensures a smooth, stress-free journey.
The dedicated wedding suite is an especially thoughtful touch—offering a relaxing, romantic space exclusively for the newlyweds to unwind and prepare.
Couples are also spoilt for choice with the venue's flexible packages, including seasonal deals from as low as £3,995 to all-inclusive options nearing £13,000. Vegan, halal, and even tree-planting menu offsets show how forward-thinking and accommodating the venue is.
Why DJs Love Eastwood Hall – DJ Reviews & Technical Highlights
As a wedding DJ myself, I always pay close attention to how easy and enjoyable a venue is to work at—not just for me, but for ensuring the best possible experience for couples and guests. Eastwood Hall impresses on all fronts:
Access & Setup: Easy load-in via fire exits with direct access to the function room. The unloading bay is very DJ-friendly, saving valuable setup time.
Power & Space: Ample 13A sockets and power options—even 63A 3-phase if needed. The setup area is wide (4–5m) with a ceiling height of 2–3m, perfect for a full DJ rig.
Sound & Atmosphere: No sound limiter! That means your evening party can maintain full energy without sudden volume dips. Haze and smoke machines are also allowed, so lighting and atmospheric effects are easy to incorporate.
Air Conditioning & Comfort: Great ventilation and blackout blinds mean comfortable guests and better lighting control for evening party ambience.
Staff Support: Every review I’ve seen—and my own experience—says the same: the staff are helpful, professional, and genuinely invested in making sure everything goes smoothly.
👉 The only downside noted in some earlier reviews is the temporary wooden dancefloor and lack of in-house lighting effects, but as a professional DJ, I bring my own high-end lighting anyway. It’s a blank canvas, which actually works well for creating a tailored visual vibe.
